The master's degree program in Plasma Engineering at the University of Illinois will start in autumn 2020.

Knowledge and experience in the use and understanding of plasmas are vital, but largely lack the education of professionals currently in the field. Finding solutions to current and future industrial transformations and challenges requires a mastery of the key concepts of plasma engineering, as well as a topical depth in an area of professional interest.

This professional-oriented master helps develop this competence and gain practical experience with a practicum or a project.

The course lasts 3 semesters. For reasons related to the COVID-19 emergency, the first semester (autumn 2020) will be conducted exclusively online.
